## Frequently asked questions

### Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.

### What happens if I exceed my limits?

If you reach your message, image, or video limits, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan or wait until your limits reset (for monthly plans).

### Do unused messages roll over?

No, messages don't roll over. Each plan includes a set number of messages per billing period.

### Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

### What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
