- Example: If you upgrade 10 days into a 30-day cycle, you pay about 2/3 of the price difference
- Your new plan starts immediately
Downgrades
When you downgrade:- Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You keep your current plan’s features until then
- No refunds for the current period—you’ve already paid for it
Managing your usage
To make the most of your plan, keep track of your usage:- Check your dashboard: See how many messages, images, and videos you’ve used
- Plan ahead: If you’re approaching limits, consider upgrading before you run out
- Monitor patterns: Track your usage over a few months to see which plan fits best
You can always upgrade or downgrade as your needs change. There’s no penalty
for switching plans.
